“Give your employees and your organization a raise this year”

The Prosperity Project helps employers increase their bottom line profit while providing a valuable and much needed service to their employees.

According to the Federal Reserve, employees spend 28 hours per month at work thinking about or dealing with personal financial issues. Financial stress costs employers an average of $8,000 annually per employee in lost productivity.

The Prosperity Project helps employees create their own raise and plan for their successful retirement.  This in turn, reduces workplace stress.

Each employee receives their choice of a financial education class for them and their family, a detailed individual written plan and ongoing support and maintenance.

A nominal monthly maintenance fee of $19 is paid by each participating employee through payroll deduction.  For participation groups of 10 or more, the $59 per employee enrollment fee is waived.  Many employers choose to share in the cost.  Because positive change takes time, a minimum one-year enrollment is required.

Here is what owners and managers are saying about the program:

“The class presented to our employees was not only thought provoking and informative, but it provided our employees with guidance to get their financial priorities in order and get on the right track to financial freedom.” — Plant Manager, Monsanto Corporation

“I also came away from the classes knowing you were credible and could be trusted.  I already spoke to my workgroup at a staff meeting about you and they were all excited about taking advantage of the various classes you offer.” — Unit Director, Springfield Clinic

“The improvement of our employee’s financial well-being and their quality of life is the ultimate benefit to this program. That improvement will drive up our productivity and employee retention.” — H.R. Director, Greif Bros. Corporation
