Applicants:
Applicant must be over the age of 18 years or an emancipated minor to be accepted for membership. All Memberships include: member, member’s spouse or significant other and all dependent children over the age of 13.
Trial Membership:
Member agrees to pay dues to Prosperity Partnerships Inc. (PPI) as follows: A one-time trial membership enrollment of $99 payable in advance. This entitles the trial member and their household to attend all Financial Self Defense modules or Retirement U and is non refundable. Trial membership includes a written plan from a licensed planner with no obligations or commitments required. Prosperity Partnerships does not sell any financial products or materials.
Full Membership:
After the completion of Financial Self Defense or Retirement U, trial member has the option of continuing with the PPI program that includes a financial coach. PPI reserves the right to change the dues structure at anytime except for those members in their initial 12 months of membership.
Privacy:
PPI agrees that all information and data received from member shall be held by PPI as confidential information and will be used only in the development of member’s written plan and professional financial solutions. No information will be shared either in whole or in part with any outside third party or entity without prior written consent of the member.
Program Changes:
Membership benefits may be modified from time to time at the sole discretion of PPI. Notice of such modification shall be communicated to member by email and/or by publication on the PPI website.
Requirement to Purchase Membership:
Individuals wishing to market PPI memberships and receive compensation through affiliation in PPI’s Advocate Program acknowledge that they are not required to personally purchase a PPI membership as a condition of their affiliation.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Illinois. In the event of a claim of breach of this agreement or in the event a dispute shall arise as to the rights, duties and obligations of the parties under this agreement, it is agreed that such disputes shall be exclusively resolved pursuant to binding arbitration under the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association with arbitration to occur at Rochester, Illinois. The arbitrator may award, in addition to declaratory relief, contract damages and shall award reasonable attorneys fees and costs to the prevailing party. An award of attorney fees and costs shall continue through any review, appeal or enforcement of an arbitration award. An arbitration award may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. The provisions of this agreement shall not preclude PPI from seeking preliminary and permanent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. PPI and Member each waive the right to claim compensatory and punitive damages against the other.

Member understands that assistance received from their prosperity coach will be in the form of information and possible options. All decisions concerning financial issues are solely in the hands of the member. Member further understands and acknowledges that PPI does not provide specific accounting or legal advice.
